- Implement recruitment tech stack including ATS enhancements, AI screening tools, and virtual interviewing platforms
- Mentor junior recruiters while establishing industry benchmarks for technical hiring excellence
- Analyze market trends to anticipate talent shortages and develop proactive retention strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in AI, quantum, or emerging tech
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques including GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche developer communities
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates in complex domains (coding assessments not required)
- Certified in AI recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, Paradox) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Experience developing diversity hiring programs with measurable impact metrics
- Strategic mindset with ability to forecast talent market shifts for 2026
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to report recruitment analytics
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or Technology preferred
