As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, working primarily during the evening hours to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage our applicant tracking system. Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes of technical candidates (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps) to identify top talent.
- Conduct phone screens and initial virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their interview experience and next steps.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an evening shift environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
