Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging AI trends with business goals.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Prototype Future Solutions: Build high-fidelity prototypes of next-generation products and services to validate concepts before full-scale development.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering requirements.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical technology use.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
