Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design enterprise-grade systems capable of scaling to meet the demands of next-generation AI workloads and massive data throughput.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) and drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring best practices are followed across all development cycles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and select strategic partnerships with hardware and software vendors to ensure we leverage the best tools for 2026 readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Microservices, and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate the technological landscape of 2026 and the decade following.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from developers to board members.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
