Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate long-term innovation roadmaps that align with corporate vision and market demands.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead experimental projects and pilot programs to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable product strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Author white papers, speak at industry conferences, and manage our corporate innovation portfolio.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor innovation strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and near-future technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Advanced Robotics.
- Critical Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic narratives.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and a proven ability to navigate uncertainty.
