Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data in company databases and systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of data entries to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict deadlines and quality metrics
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports to identify data trends and anomalies
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client and company information
- Utilize specialized software including Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary data management tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy rates
- Proficient in typing with minimum 60 WPM and 10-key skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with CRM systems or data analytics tools is highly desirable
