Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework integrating quantitative data, qualitative insights, and scenario modeling
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunity
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry consortia
- Proactively identify patent opportunities and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
- Lead strategic workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech convergence
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing strategic partnerships
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) or relevant professional designation
