Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder inputs into coherent future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies for future-oriented initiatives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams and managing complex strategic initiatives
