Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our product evolution, identifying key AI trends and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable and resilient systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI processing requirements.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing interfaces) to determine strategic relevance.
- Recruit Top-Tier Talent: Partner with the recruiting team to identify and attract world-class engineers and data scientists specialized in future technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership, product strategy, or technical consulting, with a specific focus on AI and future tech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving technical initiatives from conception to execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
