Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks and pour-over coffee using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell seasonal specials and loyalty program memberships
- Support inventory management and order replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
