Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in procedures
- Execute venue setup and breakdown operations
- Coordinate crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and brand activations
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees
- Assist with audio/visual equipment troubleshooting
- Document incident reports and operational notes
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekday shifts (mornings/afternoons/evenings)
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule with 20+ weekly availability
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
