Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques
- Train baristas on beverage recipes, customer service, and POS systems
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of coffee beans and supplies
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promote featured offerings
- Ensure exceptional cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members
- Strong multitasking skills during peak hours
- ServSafe or food handling certification preferred
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash management and POS proficiency
