- Master complex brewing techniques including espresso extraction, pour-over, and cold brew
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service excellence

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Expert-level latte art and espresso machine proficiency
