Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and breakdown procedures with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, wayfinding, and VIP assistance
- Manage crowd control and maintain safety protocols at all venues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and poise
- Operate event technology systems including registration kiosks and audiovisual equipment
- Adapt to last-minute changes while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event setup/teardown procedures
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
