Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, VIP areas, and concession stands
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Execute setup/teardown procedures for stages, seating, and equipment
- Assist with ticket scanning, registration, and attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with security and venue staff to resolve issues promptly
- Represent our brand with professional appearance and positive attitude
- Complete post-event reporting and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Previous event/concert or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Reliable transportation to event locations within Sacramento
- Ability to pass mandatory background check
