Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP entrances, registration desks, and hospitality suites
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are strictly followed
- Execute seamless setup/breakdown of event spaces including staging and decor
- Coordinate with vendors and event managers to troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Operate technical equipment including lighting, AV systems, and registration software
- Handle cash transactions and manage premium beverage service at high-end events
- Maintain professional appearance while representing prestigious brands and venues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
