As a Server, you are the face of our brand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangement to ensure efficient flow.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring food quality and temperature standards are met.
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase average check size.
- Handle payments accurately and process returns or adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
