Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge and recommend specialty cocktails
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Uphold cleanliness standards and sanitization protocols
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or obtainable within 7 days)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
