Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm hospitality and menu expertise
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely service
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Valid Maryland Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
