Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Accurately process orders and payments through POS systems
- Manage table rotations to ensure optimal guest flow and satisfaction
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and impeccable presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Support opening/closing duties including side work and sanitization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid food handler certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
