Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with extensive menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Upsell premium beverages and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant server experience
- Valid Oregon alcohol service permit (OLCC card)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Must be 21+ years of age
