As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed, informed, and well-cared for. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus generous tips in a high-volume, upscale environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Present menus, describe specials, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system with efficiency and speed.
- Courteously serve food and drinks, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining section throughout your shift.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
- Upsell products and beverages to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Reliable attendance and a valid Food Handler’s Card.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
