Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks according to standard recipes and presentation styles.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues immediately.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server preferred (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays required).
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in New York State.
