Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks, ensuring all orders are prepared to perfection and presented beautifully.
- Handle all payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dining area throughout your shift.
- Engage with guests to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Food Handler's Permit or certification.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous server experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards.
