Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Integrate decentralized applications (dApps) with existing backend infrastructure and front-end frameworks.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architectural standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically in Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, and Rust programming languages.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
