Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a robust pipeline for upcoming 2026 projects, focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing talent.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize advanced recruiting tools and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates and expand our talent network.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets relevant to future tech (e.g., Python, Rust, Machine Learning).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
