Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive offer packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible schedule environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
