Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified technical candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for current and future roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent.
- ATS Administration: Manage job postings, track candidate progress, and update applicant tracking systems accurately and efficiently.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the offer process for selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-directed and able to manage time effectively with a flexible schedule.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
