Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage top-tier technical talent for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens, coordinate technical interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers efficiently.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with passive candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Adherence: Ensure all compliance and branding guidelines are met during the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, AWS) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts, to meet client demands.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
