The Role
You will act as a bridge between technical innovation and business strategy, identifying emerging trends that will disrupt the market by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate high-impact technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate future technological shifts.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, resilient systems designed for high-volume global traffic.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into business strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven experience in leading technical strategy for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
