Qualifications
We are looking for a pioneer with a deep understanding of the AI landscape:
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod).
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic value.
