Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for autonomous agents and generative AI systems.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols with classical machine learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize inference latency and resource efficiency for large-scale language models deployed on edge devices.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate abstract research into market-ready features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and programming languages such as Python, Rust, or C++.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
