Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives including policymakers, industry consortia, and ethics boards
- Design AI transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in high-stakes applications
- Anticipate and prepare for evolving regulatory requirements in AI governance
- Establish internal review boards for ethical AI deployment decisions
- Create educational programs for teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies and frameworks
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics committees or review boards
- Strong background in AI explainability (XAI) and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions with diverse stakeholders
