Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI models focused on spatial generation and predictive environment modeling.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in developing next-generation neural architecture search (NAS) algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for low-latency inference in high-bandwidth environments.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate complex AI data into intuitive, immersive user experiences.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all generative outputs.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, anticipating trends for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) or Diffusion Models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++ with a strong understanding of GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Experience with spatial computing frameworks and 3D rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes technical environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
