The Role
You will collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Content teams to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business goals. Your expertise will directly impact our market share and brand authority.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and site speed bottlenecks using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop keyword-rich, high-authority content calendars that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link acquisition strategy to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings; provide actionable insights via quarterly reporting.
- Mobile & UX Optimization: Ensure all digital assets are fully responsive and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic server-side understanding.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues.
