Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with error correction capabilities
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Design cryogenic control systems for superconducting qubit arrays
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Establish quantum security protocols for commercial applications
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to scalable systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
