Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for commercial AI applications.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuits for latency and stability.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers on quantum mechanics principles and software best practices.
- Translate complex theoretical research into production-ready, maintainable code.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the engineering culture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
