Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Framework: Lead the end-to-end design of our next-gen quantum neural networks, ensuring high performance and scalability for enterprise applications.
- Quantum-ML Integration: Develop and optimize algorithms that seamlessly integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical machine learning pipelines.
- System Optimization: Analyze and improve system latency, throughput, and energy consumption across the entire quantum infrastructure stack.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in quantum computing trends, publishing research and contributing to the open-source community.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture, machine learning, and high-performance computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum simulators and hardware (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement cutting-edge technologies, specifically within futuristic or next-gen computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
