Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end product strategy for the 2026 release cycle, aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex product strategies to executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Agile Execution: Guide the Agile/Scrum process, ensuring iterative delivery and rapid prototyping of the 2026 roadmap initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and A/B testing to validate assumptions and drive product iterations post-launch.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching complex SaaS products or platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ year horizon) and translate strategic goals into tactical execution plans.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard) and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
