Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the future. As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, the boundary between biological intelligence and synthetic processing is dissolving. At Aether Dynamics, we are not just preparing for the year 2026—we are architecting the reality of it.
We are seeking a visionary Senior Next-Gen AI Architect to lead our core research division. In this role, you will define the architectural patterns for the next generation of autonomous agents, predictive neural networks, and quantum-enhanced machine learning models. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, high-performance computing, and ethical AI governance.
If you are obsessed with scalability, obsessed with the future, and ready to define the technology stack of 2026, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically tailored for 2026 market requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, and quantum processors) to optimize inference speeds.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety, privacy, and ethical compliance standards.
- Define technical vision and strategy for the company's AI platform over the next 3-5 years.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
