Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 3D web experiences using WebXR, Three.js, and WebGL standards.
- Optimize spatial computing applications for low-latency rendering on wearable hardware (e.g., Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
- Integrate AI-driven spatial awareness and object recognition into virtual environments.
- Architect scalable backend infrastructure for persistent multiplayer worlds.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive spatial interfaces and gesture-based controls.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and accessibility across diverse devices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years specifically in XR, VR, or 3D web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern WebGL libraries.
- Strong experience with game engines (Unity 3D or Unreal Engine) for cross-platform deployment.
- Deep understanding of computer graphics, shaders, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
