Qualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science or Information Management
- 5+ years progressive library experience
- Advanced proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS)
- Expertise in metadata standards (MARC, Dublin Core)
- Strong grant-writing and fundraising capabilities
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly desirable
- Experience managing digital preservation projects
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
