Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for the Project 2026 neural network.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, quantum physicists, and UI/UX designers.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices for code quality and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering tasks.
- Optimize system latency and performance for high-throughput data processing environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in AI or quantum computing projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with familiarity in quantum programming libraries (e.g., Qiskit).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
