Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product line, identifying emerging trends in AI and autonomous systems.
- PPrototype Engineering: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate complex technical hypotheses before full-scale production.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into actionable engineering solutions.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for new technological implementations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
