Responsibilities

- Optimize model inference latency and cost through advanced quantization and caching techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI product requirements and roadmap.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging AI architectures into production environments.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and pre-training techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
