Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference for real-time, high-volume applications and edge devices.
- Lead the architecture of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and designers.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation pipelines to measure model performance and fairness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and LLM deployment frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
