Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-scale production environments.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to improve reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise applications.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and research scientists on advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
