Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Lead the design and training of foundational AI models targeting AGI capabilities, focusing on reasoning, planning, and multi-modal understanding.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop and implement robust safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure AI systems operate within ethical and beneficial boundaries.
- Research Leadership: Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and drive internal innovation to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance training pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data with minimal latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, and policy teams to define the roadmap for safe and beneficial AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or cognitive science research, with a proven track record of publications or patent filings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or Symbolic AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems with innovative solutions.
- Creativity: A unique perspective on how AGI can solve global challenges in healthcare, science, and creativity.
