Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for transitioning our infrastructure from current deep learning models to next-gen agentic AI frameworks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabytes of data with low latency.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum machine learning algorithms and their practical application in our core products.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and hiring top-tier talent in AI/ML.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to emerging regulations and ethical guidelines for AI safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
