Job Description
Are you ready to define the intelligent workforce of tomorrow? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, planning, and execution.
In 2026, AI is evolving beyond simple chatbots into Agentic Systems—autonomous entities that can take actions, manage workflows, and solve problems independently. We are building the next generation of software agents that will revolutionize enterprise operations. If you have a passion for Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and building systems that act, this is your chance to shape the future.
Why Join Nexus Future Labs?
- Shape the Future: Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI architectures that will define the industry standard for 2026 and beyond.
- High Impact: Your code will directly power autonomous agents that streamline operations for Fortune 500 clients.
- Top-Tier Team: Collaborate with Ph.D. researchers and industry veterans in a fully remote-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement robust multi-agent systems using LangChain and AutoGen that can chain reasoning steps and execute complex tasks autonomously.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for specific agent behaviors, reducing latency and improving reasoning accuracy.
- Tool Integration: Connect AI agents to external data sources, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems to enable real-world action.
- Supervisory AI: Develop guardrails and safety protocols to ensure agent behavior aligns with ethical guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Agentic Frameworks: Proven experience building agents using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration layers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex reasoning chains and handle edge cases in autonomous decision-making.
